Piotr held several positions as a general manager, country manager and sales and channel director in several multinational corporations, gained extensive business experience in the IT & Technology markets of CEE, SEE, Russia, CIS, Turkey, Israel and Middle East – a vast region of +40 countries.
Most effective when developing and executing international and country sales and marketing strategies, setting up and managing cross-cultural teams, building and growing partner Ecosystems and channel Go-To-Market models.
Was honoured to be a visiting lecturer in Marketing at the International MBA Programme (IMBA) – a joint programme of London Business School, HEC School of Management Paris, the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (Bergen) and Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
Worked as a marketing consultant in several World Bank funded projects focused on business transformation of large state-owned enterprises in Poland.

I have over 20 years of professional experience gained in consulting (including BCG) and in business. For over a dozen years I have served in HR leadership roles in international companies (IT/ New Technologies, B2B sector, SSC/ BPO, Industry). Michal has been leading the IT teams – as CEO, COO or CIO – on the customer and the supplier sides. He has spent extended part of the career in finance, banking and insurance, participating in numerous software, consulting and advisory projects. He has had quite a few very close acquaintances with the startups, having himself worked in at least three different ones. Currently he works as a COO of a 200+ software house.

Grażyna Leloch Wilgat
Marketing expert and strategist with over 16 years of experience in marketing, including international brand and product building. Advising at startups and fast-growing companies to excel at marketing, communication and product development. Helping brands launch and grow their businesses in Poland and abroad with a go-to-market strategy. She believes in the brand purpose and big ideas, which help businesses to grow through diversification.
She worked for different industries, including cosmetics, global advertising agencies, e-commerce, and pet care. Her role combines expertise in product development, online and content development, trade support, PR and CSR programs and brand management. For 10 years, she managed international marketing for Butcher’s Pet Care for several international markets, including the launch of the brand in the CEE region.

Renato Del Grosso
Entrepreneur and Advisor in the life sciences sector dealing mostly with spin-outs from Academia. In the previous career (17 years) at corporate level heading the Market Access function. Passionate about innovation models, ecosystems and value creation. Based between Switzerland (Lausanne) and Italy (Milan).

Malgorzata Bugajska
Malgorzata supervises new investments and innovation initiatives of all Luma Holding funds and she is responsible for ESG initiatives across all the portfolio. Additionally, she currently leads Luma’s digital renewable energy corporate venture. She is seasoned leader with a proven track record in digital strategy, forecasting, technology-based innovation and development of new mobile products.
She gained her international experience while working among others for Swisscom, a Swiss leading telecom provider leading its Enterprise Mobile Products & Services team and BCG, an international strategy consultancy.
Malgorzata is an architect as well as information visualization expert. She worked as a senior researcher and lecturer at Swiss universities and holds a PhD from ETH Zurich. She is an INSEAD and IMD alumna.

Piotr Serwin
A graduate of Middlesex University, Piotr worked in the City of London as a trader in financial markets. Piotr built an algorithmic trading company from scratch, as well as a personal data advisory company. Recently, he served as Investment Director at TenderHut, one of the fastest growing technology companies in Europe. Piotr currently works as an international M&A and capital raising professional. He mentors startups in the Huge Thing and Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum acceleration programmes.

Agata Bona

Yegor Denisov-Blanch
Yegor’s expertise lies in unlocking the power of logistics & supply chain as a strategic lever. In addition to his most recent role as Strategy Manager & Chief of Staff to EMEA CEO at DHL, he brings past experience in strategy and management consulting, and is the Founder & CEO of a consultancy focused on scaling Belarusian startups founded by members of underprivileged groups. He is excited to connect CEE startups with the Stanford & Silicon Valley ecosystems. He is fluent in four languages (Spanish, Russian, Catalan, English). He graduated with Highest Distinction from the Kelley School of Business in the US. He is a former internationally-competitive Olympic Weightlifter, and enjoys coaching and mentoring teenagers in his free time.

Alan Jung
Alan has 10 years of experience in the electronic hardware industry across various applications, including the Internet of Things, automotive, smart home, and cleantech. Having consulted many hardware startup companies on business and product development, he is passionate about guiding startups through the complicated hardware project development journey from concept to proof-of-concept to prototyping to mass production.
As the business development manager of TECHDesign, he helps companies with product design and scale-up with over 500 product development firms and manufacturers in Asia.

Liliane Brunner Halbach
Liliane Brunner Halbach Ph.D, Liliane is a Senior Healthcare professional with 20+ years of global experience in Drug Research, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Business Development. She has worked in headquarters and affiliates of Novartis, Roche and AstraZeneca in Switzerland, Spain, the US, and Singapore. She understands drug development from early research to commercialization and how to expand a product’s lifecycle. While working for Genentech, she volunteered as an industry advisor and lecturer for SPARK at Stanford Medical School – a mentoring program that helps researchers bring ideas from basic research to proof of concept. She is a mentor for biotech start-ups and researchers at the MIT CEE Forum, and several other European accelerators. Currently, she works for the TDA, an incubator of the University of Zurich supporting researchers and startups to develop better solutions for patients and she connects the teams to investors and industry. Liliane Brunner Halbach has a Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of Basel, Switzerland.

Diana Olar
Diana is a global strategic sales and technology leader with over two decades of experience in business and technology in Europe and the United States. She has extensive experience in driving brand performance and business innovation with top-tier global brands, publishers and agencies in multiple countries and regions.
Currently, Diana leads strategic Global programs for Google, out of the UK. She manages complex commercial, distribution and service engagements in tens of markets around the world.
In addition to multiple corporate leadership positions over time, she is a serial entrepreneur, mentor and investor in multiple startups and entrepreneurial organizations. Her personal mission is to enable world-changing solutions to emerge from the talent, creativity and business assets of the CEE region.

Jean-Jacques Degroof
Jean-Jacques Degroof has been involved in venture investment for the last 25 years. He earned an MSc and PhD degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is the author of From the Basement to the Dome. How MIT’s Unique Culture Created a Thriving Entrepreneurial Community (MIT Press, 2021).

Greg Geehan
He is a very active in the US, Polish and Latin American startup ecosystems and mentors startups from multiple countries and industries. He is also an early stage technology start-up investor and advisor with a focus on digital health and international start-ups. He is also currently over operations at athenahealth’s More Disruption Please program and is a Founding Venture Partner with NextGen Venture Partners. He received an MBA from Bentley University.

Aneta Daniszewska
Connecting executives with startups in Tech (Talent Fountain). She connects startups with leadership talent in Europe and in the Bay Area. She has been partnering with early stage startups and scale-ups across Europe since 2014. Aneta specialises in networking, search, selection, attraction and hiring for critical roles – both commercial and technical. Startups she consults include: fin-tech, SaaS – enterprise and consumer software, edu-tech, marketplace, e-commerce, games studios, etc.

Tomasz Pilewicz, PhD
Assistant Professor at Institute of Enterprise at Warsaw School of Economics. Enthusiast of early stage healthtech, medtech and biotech undertakings with focus on prevention, self-management of health, coordinated care models, virtual care, population health management, minimally invasive treatment and regenerative medicine.

Jouko Ahvenainen
Jouko started his work with digital finance and fintech models in 2008 and listed world-class influencer. Jouko is founder, partner and board member in 10+ innovative digital finance companies. Jouko is advisor for US, European and Asian investing and finance programs. He focuses on digital disruption in finance services and business.

Marcin Rulnicki
Marcin has spent his whole professional life in Finance. Most of this time he worked for Asseco Group. As a Corporate Finance Manager he participated in M&A processes and supervised international subsidiaries of Asseco Group. He used to be the Chairman of the Board in Formula Systems – an Israeli IT company listed on Nasdaq and TASE. Marcin also contributed to “Invest in Asseco” – an incubator for early-stage IT projects. In 2012 he joined Asseco South Eastern Europe as a Group CFO. In this role he was responsible for the Finance function in an IT/Payment group operating in 23 countries of Europe and South America.
Prior to joining Asseco Marcin used to work in real estate investment and in auditing. He is a statutory auditor.
Marcin’s expertise includes all aspects of Finance management. He also shows good understanding of M&A processes, capital markets and investor relations. He is ready to support entrepreneurs from any field but obviously his professional experience will be used best around IT solutions.

Maciej Szcześniak
Maciek’s responsibilities include driving transformation of business models through Channel and Sales programs, across HPE’s diverse businesses and regions. One of his recent focus projects was driving the usage of price optimization for increased profitably and simplification of special pricing processes for HPE’s Channel Partners. Maciek has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. His previous assignments include positions in Product Marketing, Sales and Marketing Management, Business Management and Finance. He has managed pricing operations and policies in EMEA and APJ Region. Maciek holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management.

Igor Zacharjasz
Igor is responsible at Visa for the Warsaw Innovation Incubator, where he coordinates collaboration with Incubator co-founders, including issuer banks, acquirers and startups. Active on the market for leading edge technology since 2001. Prior to joining Visa team, Igor worked for Alior Bank, where he was in charge of technology scouting and sourcing, led a startup engagement team at Alior Innovation Lab, and was responsible for Poland’s first Android Pay deployment. Previously, Igor was leader of the IBM Ecosystem Development team for Central and Eastern Europe.

Steve Wychorski
He brings 25 years of Design and Management experience to projects in the Commercial, Bio Science and Education sectors. With experience in all phases of Design and Construction, he brings an in-depth knowledge and attention to detail in every project. For the past 10 years his focus has been on Sustainable Design; the tools needed for greater energy efficiency and products that enhance the living and working environment and contribute to a cleaner healthier world.

Richard Lada
Warsaw, Poland-based consultant/advisor specialized in innovation strategy, new product development and technology commercialization. Career experience includes new product development and marketing roles at Apple and Xerox in United States, starting up and managing Apple and Motorola operations in Central & Eastern Europe and launching shared services and manufacturing investments in Poland. Michał Macierzyński
Doctor of economic sciences. For many years associated with banking and modern technologies. At PKO Bank Polski responsible for the development of mobile banking and payments as well as projects related to the digitization of the state. Previously, as the director of the Innovation Office, responsible for the overall revitalization of School Savings Programme, and the introduction of a comprehensive offer of PKO Junior – the first account and payment card for children under 13 in Poland. Beata Greszta
